Four Generations of Growth
For more than 80 years and four generations, the Chas. F. Mann Painting Company has been providing the area's best quality work; today we're recognized as the leading painting contractor in Northwest Ohio. Charles F. Mann II laid the foundation for the family business in the 1920's, painting homes, stores and churches, and making a name as a skilled craftsman who gave a good day's work for a fair price. Following World War II, Charles F. Mann III joined the firm and through his leadership the company developed into the area's largest painting contractor.

Today the company is led by Charles F. Mann IV and Richard T. Mann, the founder's grandsons, and Michael O’Hearn. The management team follows the same principles which guided the business through its first 80 years. The painting family continues to be active and supportive in the community and service organizations.

In addition to the corporate office in South Toledo, Chas F. Mann Painting Co. also has an office located in Louisville, Kentucky.

We are in compliance with current safety and environmental regulations regarding proper use and disposal of the materials we work with. We comply with all Hazard Communication laws and supply Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all materials used. We even recycle our solvents.
